SUMMARY:VSDC Virtual Game Night: Fishbowl
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a VSDC remote game night featuring Fishbowl. Fishbowl is a fun and fast-paced virtual guessing game mash up. \nNote: This game is best played on a desktop or laptop computer. The game room will be opened at 7:50 pm for those who need a little extra time getting set up and then locked at 8:10 pm\, so please be on time. \nHere’s how to play: After everyone navigates over to the website\, https://fishbowl-game.com/\, and puts in the code to join the game\, players are asked to write down a few words or phrases on “cards” that will be guessed later. Players are organized into teams and will alternate turns\, giving clues to their teammates to guess as many cards as possible against the clock. The 3 rounds feature: \nTaboo: Use words to describe the word or phrase on the card\, without any acting or gestures. You cannot use any part of the word or phrase! \nCharades: Without words or sounds\, act and use gestures to communicate the word or phrase on the card. \nPassword: You can say exactly one word to describe the word or phrase on the card\, no more! You’ll rely on your team’s memory and association. \nThe team that guesses the most cards across all rounds wins! \nTo join you’ll need to be able to receive an email from us with the Zoom meeting URL\, so make sure you have enabled messaging in your Meetup settings (go to Meetup > Settings > Email Updates > Turn On). \nDon’t worry if you’ve never played Fishbowl. All are welcome and we’ll go over the basic rules at the start of the event. There are additional details and instructions here: https://fishbowl-game.com/ if you would like to (re)familiarize yourself with the game. \nDon’t be a no show! If your plans change\, update your RSVP so that another may attend. \n—VSDC (http://vsdc.z9zvgctzyq-lxd6r0ypy69g.p.temp-site.link) is a clear and consistent voice for improving the lives of all beings through education on the benefits of a vegan diet & lifestyle. Sharing food is the bond that brings families together; so it is with VSDC.
