Let’s celebrate Earth Day by picking up trash together! We will meet at True Respite Brewing in Rockville at 11am. They have plenty of parking and are not too far from the red line. From 11am-12pm we will pack up trash along the Carl Henn Millennium Trail. Bring a picker and trash bag if you can. You can easily find pickers for purchase on Amazon.
At 12pm we can wash our hands and enjoy a cold beverage from True Respite and browse their Earth Day Market. They will have local vendors all selling ecofriendly items. They are also still accepting vendor applications if you are a small business interested in selling. True Respite has both beer and non alcoholic beverages to enjoy. There will also be a food truck present called Boomba’s Kitchen which has a vegan sandwich on the menu.
