Please join us for Cherry Blossom Bike ride from Bethesda to Georgetown (and back) with a detour in Bethesda’s Kenwood area to explore the Cherry Blossoms!
We will be starting from 7106 46th street parking lot (which is free on weekends) in Bethesda. The Capital Crescent trail is a short ride from the parking lot. On the way to Georgetown, will take a detour to explore Cherry Blossoms in Kenwood. Going to Georgetown will be a piece of cake (it is downhill). And we will have a piece of (vegan) cake after we get back to Bethesda.
This event is for those who are fully vaccinated only. Also please do not attend if you are sick or have been near someone who thinks they may have or have been exposed to COVID-19. VSDC greatly appreciates your cooperation.

Route type: mostly trails, roads and sidewalks.
Lunch spot: Planta Bethesda. No outdoor seating at Planta. But there are plenty of outdoor seating nearby anyone who wants to be outdoors can do a takeout order.
Food/Water: Bring your own vegan snacks and (non-alcoholic) beverage to enjoy. Please carry plenty of water!
Weather: we will not be riding in (a lot of) rain so stay tuned for Comments on this page.
To find us: We will be in the 7106 46th Street parking lot.
During the ride: we will plan to stop often to let the group gather together.
