The next meeting of VSDC’s Children’s meetup will be at Rock Creek Park for a picnic!
After a winter hiatus, we will gather at Picnic Grove #7 in Rock Creek Park to have a vegan picnic and celebrate the arrival of spring. You can either bring a vegan meal for your family or bring vegan food to share! There will be limited picnic table space, so please bring a blanket or camp chair. We will also have balls and a few other games – feel free to bring any lawn games to play with friends!
There is a parking lot at Picnic Grove #7 – if you need a ride, please post in the comments and someone may be able to carpool. There are no bathrooms at the picnic grove, but there are bathrooms you will pass about a half mile before arrive at Grove #7.
This is an event for vegan, vegetarian or vegan/vegetarian curious families with children.
