DC’s first vegan burger restaurant is not only female owned, but we have a female chef and are a full female run kitchen. We are also proudly dedicated as a safe space against hate.

Three years since introducing the city to Bubbie’s, we were still the only vegan burger shop in DC that makes all their own proteins, cheeses and sauces in-house (with the exception of Impossible as a substitute). We also have all locally baked bread.
